Discussions are taking place with the local planning authority, Bath & North East Somerset (B&NES) Council.
We are carrying out local public consultation with neighbours and other stakeholders prior to submitting an outline planning application in the summer.
Public consultation is taking place from 18 June to 13 July 2026.
