We are proposing to redevelop the redundant office site at Devonport House, Durley Park, Keynsham to deliver high-quality new homes. The proposals will be sensitive to the landscape character and green belt setting of the site, whilst also protecting trees and habitats within and adjoining the site.
The Devonport House site is accessed via Durley Park, off Durley Hill, on the northwestern side of Keynsham, close to the Hicks Gate Fire Station.Â
The site is bounded by Keynsham Bypass to the north, Durley Lane to the east, and fields to the west.

Discussions are taking place with the local planning authority, Bath & North East Somerset (B&NES) Council. The intention now is to work up the proposals over the coming weeks, and to carry out local public consultation with neighbours and other stakeholders prior to submitting an outline planning application in the summer.
Public consultation will run from 18 June to 3 July 2026. Details of the proposals will be available to view on this website from 18 June, along with a link to an online survey to give your feedback.
